Who We're Looking For
We are currently accepting resumes for:
- Certified Teachers (All Subjects)
- Instructional Aides & Classroom Support Staff
- Administrative & Office Personnel
- Part-Time Math Tutors
- We’re especially interested in high school juniors/seniors or college students with strong math skills who want to support peers and younger students through tutoring.
The CTM Academy offers full-time and part-time opportunities with flexible schedules. Candidates should be comfortable working in a tech-driven, online environment and ready to engage students using digital tools and virtual platforms.

Technology Expectations
As a virtual school, all staff and tutors must be comfortable using technology to deliver instruction, manage classrooms, and communicate with students and families. Experience with platforms such as Zoom, Google Workspace, learning management systems (LMS), and virtual whiteboards is a plus.
