how to enroll
As a private school, The CTM Academy accepts the Indiana Choice voucher to pay for school! Most families qualify at 100% to cover tuition. See chart below for income guidelines. Contact us if you have questions.
Prepare before you enroll
Please have ready:
- A Parent or Guardian ID
- Recent Utility Bill, Lease, or DCS Placement Letter
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Photo of Student
Enroll Your Student
To begin the enrollment process, please click "Enrollment Form"
Indiana Choice Voucher
To qualify for the voucher, you must:
- live in Indiana
- be at least 5 years old or less than 22 years old by October 1 of the school year
- AND meet income requirements. Some families automatically meet income requirements if identified in the Choice Scholarship Eligibility System. The CTM Academy is able to search and identify those students already in the eligibility system. If identified, no further income verification is needed. If not identified in the scholarship system, here are the income quidelines to qualify for the Indiana Choice voucher to pay for tuition.
